	I use this product after my workouts and let me tell you, it is better than 99% of the so-called "revolutionary" products that flood the market today. It relies on old-school, classic, proven ingredients to be effective... and the formula just flat works. I noticed significant improven recovery times after a few uses of this product. The taste takes some time getting used to and experimenting to get the water levels just right.
